Promotion

Princess Closet will apply the best applicable promotion available at checkout. However some designer brands and all sales/discounted items are not subjects to get any promotions.

Item No longer Available

​

Princess Closet work hard to make sure product availability on our site is always accurate. But if any case items are not available even after a buyer place in hers/his cart, items will be deleted from the cart without any notice.

 

Return Policy

​

Certain items are eligible to be returned within 5 day of receipt the items.

However on any return items, 25% restock fee and shipping fee will be charged to buyers. 

​

Any Return items should be in the original condition as it was shipped. (Unworn, unaltered, No laundered, No tear, No stained, All original tags must be attached)

Any items which are not met this condition are not eligible to be returned.

If a buyer want to return any return eligible items,  she/he must contact Princess Closet via email to get a retune authorization from Princess Closet. 

​

   * Unauthorized reruns will not be honored. Penalty of any unauthorized return is 50% of the

   purchasing amount.

   *  All  shipping cost will be paid by the buyer. If the shipping was complimentary  at checkout,

   the original shipping charge will be paid by the buyer too. 

   * All returned item must be arrived within 5days after the return is authorized.

   * Any late return will be accessed additional 20% late fee.

Sales, discount, promotion, accessories, and Customer Order items sales are final. These items are not eligible to be returned.

International shipping items are not eligible to be return.
